Please submit a complaint by email or telephone - please provide as complete and precise information as possible about the damage so that we can examine your complaint as quickly as possible.

You can return unworn items within 14 days. Please be careful not to remove attached labels.
You can use the return label in the package to send the goods back to us free of charge.
You do not need to provide a return address. With our return label, your return will be returned directly to us. Please make sure that only the return label is visible on the outside and not the label from the original delivery.
The credit will be issued within 14 days after we have received and checked your package.
After we receive your return, we will check what you sent back. Please allow up to 14 days for us to confirm your return.
Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when ordering. PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.
Did an item not fit or are you not satisfied with the quality? We cannot automatically offset items against each other, so direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
In the online shop you can see whether the item is still available in the right size or color. You can order it again straight away.
