Shipping Information
Deliveries are made exclusively in accordance with ours general terms and conditions (AGB´s).
Insured shipping takes place via our logistics partner DHL, DPD. The shipping costs depend on the destination country:
Free shipping for orders over EUR 70.00
Shipping costs are up to an order value of €69.99
Germany (Mainland): EUR 4.90
Countries in the EU (Mainland): EUR 6.90 (Insured shipping)
All other countries (Mainland): EUR 18.90 * (Insured shipping)

delivery times
The goods are usually delivered in Germany within 3-5 working days after dispatch. When shipping within Europe, delivery of the goods takes 4-7 days from dispatch. For shipments to non-European countries, the delivery time depends on the shipping method (airmail/land/shipping) and the recipient location.
All prices stated are euro amounts and include statutory sales tax.

Pay safely and quickly! Via PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay or SOFORT transfer as well as the classic payment in advance or conveniently by credit card. At Open Pride you have a variety of modern payment methods.
Payment via PayPal
If you select payment via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
We will receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.
Refund after a return
If you send items back, the credit will automatically be credited to the PayPal account you use. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.
Refund after cancellation
We will refund the amount of the canceled items to your PayPal account.
Payment via Klarna
If you select payment via Klarna, you will be redirected directly to Klarna at the end of the ordering process.

Refund after a return
If you want to return goods, you can easily mark your returns in the Klarna app to pause the invoice until the returns have been processed. Klarna will update your invoice as soon as the goods have arrived at Joe Molese.

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.
Refund after a return
If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card that was originally charged.
Refund in case of cancellation
Of course, you don't have to pay for items that have been canceled. We will not charge your credit card until your items have shipped.
